Each booking consists of a basic package that serves as a basis for one's initial arrival, making for an immediate sense of well-being. The apartment amenities include a double bed, a wardrobe and – depending on the category – various smaller items of furniture as well as a flat-screen television and a Wi-Fi connection. All room4rent Serviced Apartments are equipped with a furnished kitchen (incl. a hob) microwave and dishwasher. A special bonus: Most of the units are also enhanced by a private outside space in the form of a loggia, balcony or terrace.

The fourth room4rent location has been realised at the HOCH 33 building in the up-and-coming MONTE LAA in Vienna 10. Besides 341 rental flats owned by ERSTE Immobilien KAG, the building is also home to 100 room4rent Serviced Apartments. Another 148 room4rent units has been realised at Campus-Vienna-Biocenter by spring 2019.
