Up to your ears with stuff to do and inclined to turn over the cleaning of your apartment to professional hands? From €120.00 per month, we will clean your temporary home once a week. This service includes cleaning the floor, dusting as well as cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. We will be happy to quote additional cleaning services on request!

Wish to walk into a room4rent apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and not have to take care of getting crockery, glasses, pots, knives, coffee brewer, kettle etc.? We offer two different amenities packages from €28.00 per month. *

Be arriving at your new temporary home with luggage into which there won't be any space for bed linen, towels or tea cloths? We will be glad to provide these textiles to you for €20.00 per month. *

In addition to cleaning your apartment, we offer to wash the household textiles provided by us. For €15.00 per month, you will receive fresh towels, bed linen and kitchen linen once a week.*

Want to work on your fitness or just do some relaxing? All you need do is jump into your sports outfit and pop into the on-site fitness room. We offer you a sauna and steam bath in the room4rent wellness area to relax afterwards! The fitness & wellness add-on packages are each available from €20.00 per month or as a combination. 

Looking for a temporary home for two? All our apartments have double beds, providing for this eventuality. At an additional charge of €85.00 per month for the second person, this is an attractive alternative for getting started together!
