In addition, common areas such as a central, inviting lobby with concierge, a rentable gym, a library and additional bookable services such as fitness & wellness with steam bath and sauna are realized. A restaurant on the ground floor will take care of the physical well-being of the guests.
The VIENNA ACADEMIC GUESTHOUSE offers above-average equipment quality all the advantages of a smart city: its own subway station "Seestadt", a mobility concept and access local amenities, health facilities and various educational institutions and a perfect infrastructure.

Apartment
At the VIENNA ACADEMIC GUESTHOUSE, all room4rent apartments have a Loggia, a terrace or a balcony. All prices are gross overall rents, incl. operating costs as well as utilities and common charges, Internet & television. (Each apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV.) If more than one person lives in an apartment then, in addition to the overall rent, there is an additional charge of EUR 85.00 per month. The category `Suite´already includes the ‘Service for Two’. Minimum booking period 2 months.
