Apartment
All room4rent apartments have a loggia, a balcony or a terrace. All prices are gross overall rents, incl. operating costs as well as utilities and common charges, Internet & television (also: each unit is equipped with a flat-screen TV). The floor-space specifications are approximations, excluding loggias.
