This spacious, furnished apartment with a balcony is our largest option and is ideal for up to three people or for longer stays where you’ll appreciate having a separate retreat and workspace.

The apartment is fully furnished—you can move in without bringing your own furniture. A couch, dining/work table with chairs, TV, and Wi-Fi create spacious living and work areas. The open floor plan allows for distinct zones for socializing and focused work. The kitchen, equipped with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, makes it easy to cook and eat together. The 180x200 double bed, the shower, and blackout curtains ensure a good night’s sleep and peace and quiet. A closet and coat rack provide ample storage space, and a smoke detector ensures safety. The balcony is a private outdoor space for evenings and time spent together.

The central location between Messe Wien, the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien), and the Prater is ideal for extended project stays. The U2 subway stations are within easy reach.
