Apartment
At this location, in Campus-Vienna-Biocenter, all room4rent apartments have a Loggia, a terrace or a balcony. All prices are gross overall rents, incl. operating costs as well as utilities and common charges, Internet & television. (Also: each apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV.) If more than one person lives in an apartment, then, in addition to the overall rent, there is an additional charge of EUR 85.00 per month. The category `Suite´already includes the ‘Service for Two’.
