Use our booking platform to book modernly furnished apartments quickly, easily and free of commission for different categories and sizes at various locations in Vienna. Like even more convenience? Book the services of your choice, irrespective of your apartment reservation.
Private bookings
To make a private booking on our Home Page, enter the location desired, the move-in date, the length of stay, and start your apartment search. Then select the category and quantity. After that, follow the online registration procedure to log your data into our booking tool and create your personal online account. All reservations and bookings (apartments and/or services) can be made, viewed and managed through this account. Then follow the booking steps and finalise your reservation for the apartment desired. If you would like to have extra convenience and book additional services you can easily do so via the online account you created.

Business Solutions
Our Standard Business Booking option works just as described for Private Booking above, i.e. via room4rent's Home Page. The only difference is that up to five apartments can be booked simultaneously here. For customised business solutions with a specially negotiated framework agreement, please contact our concierges or use the Company Inquiry Form. We will be happy to assist you in finding a made-to-measure solution for your business.
IMPORTANT for all bookings! Moving into apartments at the start of rentals is only guaranteed if (unless otherwise agreed in a Framework Agreement) the total amount of the deposit of EUR 2,000.00 plus the administration fee of EUR 90.00 has been settled BEFORE the Agreement commences. In addition, please note that services booked are contingent upon both the deposit due and the administration fee having been settled in advance.
